We’re half way through the semester and would like to hear your opinion about how we’re doing.
Please take a couple of minutes and fill out the midterm evaluation form. It’s anonymous, of course. We will take your feedback into account for the remainder of the semester and for next year's class.
All your feedback is appreciated -- large or small. Thank you!
The video for lecture 13 is now online.
Tomorrow we have Frank Van Ham from IBM research as a guest speaker. He’s going to talk about network visualization.
Frank is very well known in the visualization community and this will be an interesting lecture. Please come to class tomorrow and engage him in questions and discussions.

Due to some (in hindsight) poor timing, we would like to give you some additional time to work on your HW 2 submissions so you can make corrections based upon feedback from the midterm.
As announced today in class, the new due date for HW 2 is Wed, April 1, 5 pm EST.
If you are happy with your HW 2 solution you don’t need to do anything. If you decide to improve it based on feedback from the midterm, please submit the new file on the course iSite page in the HW 2 dropbox. See HW 2 instructions for detail. We suggest you add “new” to your filename.
HW 3 is due this Wednesday as planned. HW 4 will be handed out this week, and is now due on Wed, April 15, 5 pm EST.
As always, the detailed HW schedule is online on the course schedule page.
